RG500Q series is a 5G Sub-6 GHz LGA package module specially designed for IoT/M2M applications. Using 3GPP Release 15 technology, the maximum downlink rate can reach 2.5 Gbps, and the maximum uplink rate can reach 900 Mbps. It supports 5G NSA and SA modes, backward compatible with 4G/3G, and supports Option 3x, 3a, and Option 2 network architectures. Compatible with Quectel Cat 12 high-speed module EG512R-EA pin-to-pin. It can meet customers' requirements for high speed, large capacity, low latency, and high reliability.
